Lithuania voiced support for Ukraine at the General Assembly of the World Intellectual Property Organization

2020 European Patent Index: the record growth of applications from Lithuania

According to the 2020 European Patent Index, last year the number of European patents applications filed by Lithuanian applicants to the European Patent Office increased by as much as 72.4%, namely from 29 to 50 applications.

Social experiment: Lithuanians uninclined to purchase fake goods when aware they are counterfeit

Despite the growing scale of counterfeiting and increasing seizure of fake goods, a social experiment commissioned by the State Patent Bureau revealed that most Lithuanians do not consider buying counterfeit products if they are clearly aware it is a forgery.
